Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Local
Governance Act, the council of Campbellton, duly
assembled, makes the following:
1. That section 28, which includes SCHEDULE OF
WATER AND SEWERAGE RATES, and any
amendments thereto, be deleted in their entirety
and replaced with the following:

28. The following rate per year shall be charged and
payable for the use of the Village sewerage system
and for water supplied by the Village to be
effective January 1, 2026, and subject to change
yearly.
