SEWER 5.02 The owner of land on which there is a residential building located such that there is a sanitary sewer main available to service the building shall pay a quarterly service charge of $10.36 regardless of whether or not the building receives service, and such sum shall be paid within 15 days after the date of billing. 5.03 The owner of land on which there is a building other than a residential building located such that there is a sanitary sewer main available to service the building shall pay a quarterly service charge of $16.50 regardless of whether or not the building receives service, and such sum shall be paid within 15 days after the date of billing. 5.04 The rate for septage deposited at a wastewater treatment plant or into the wastewater collection system at a location approved by the Superintendent of Public Works for that purpose shall be $20.54 per cubic metre.
