UN ARRÊTÉ DE LA MUNICIPALITÉ DE DIEPPE RELATIF
AUX LIEUX DANGEREUX OU INESTHÉTIQUES
A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIEPPE RESPECTING
DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES
En vertu des pouvoirs que lui confère la Loi sur la
gouvernance locale, L.N.-B. 2017, chapitre 18, le conseil
municipal de Dieppe, dûment réuni, adopte ce qui suit :
Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Local
Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, Chapter 18, the Council of the
Municipality of Dieppe, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
1.
Les articles 130 à 145, et 151 à 155 de la Loi sur la
gouvernance locale, y compris leurs modifications,
s'appliquent à tout le territoire de la ville de Dieppe,
conformément à son arrêté en vigueur concernant les
quartiers.

Sections 130 to 145, and 151 to 155 of the Local
Governance Act, including any amendments thereto,
shall apply to all City of Dieppe territory, pursuant to
its existing by-law respecting wards.
ABROGATION
L'arrêté Z-2 (2018) intitulé, « UN ARRÊTÉ DE LA
MUNICIPALITÉ DE DIEPPE RELATIF AUX LIEUX DANGEREUX
OU INESTHÉTIQUES », décrété et adopté le 26 novembre
2018 est par la présente abrogé.

REPEAL
By-Law Z-2 (2018) entitled "A BY-LAW OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF DIEPPE RESPECTING DANGEROUS OR
UNSIGHTLY PREMISES", ordained and passed on November
26, 2018, is hereby repealed.
