## MUNICIPAL BY-LAW NO. 31
EDMUNDSTON MUNICIPAL BY-LAW DESIGNATING PORTIONS OF ROADS ACCESSIBLE TO OFF-ROAD VEHICLES
En vertu des pouvoirs conférés par la Loi Pursuant to the powers conferred by the sur les vehicules hors routes L.N.-B. 1985, ch. Off-Road Vehicle Act, S.N.B. 1985, c. ## Définitions :
1. 'Véhicules hors route' désigne un véhicule tout-terrain ou une motoneige au sens de la Loi sur les véhicules hors roules, précitée;
## Dispositions générales :
2. Nulle personne ne peut longer la partie identifiée des rues ou chemins identifiés ci-dessous en conduisant un véhicule hors route si cette partie dudit chemin ou rue ne figure pas en tant que sentier géré de motoneiges ou en tant que sentier géré de véhicules tout-terrain.
3. Il est permis de longer une partie du chemin Du Pouvoir, tel qu'identifié sur la carte jointe à l'Annexe 'A' en conduisant un véhicule hors route à une vitesse n'excédant pas 20 km/h. Cet article sera effectif à compter du ler septembre 2012.
4. Il est permis de longer une partie de la rue De la Rivière et du chemin Iroquois, tels qu'identifiés sur la carte jointe à l'Annexe 'B' en conduisant un véhicule hors route à une vitesse n'excédant pas 20 km/h.
## Definitions:
1. 'Off-road vehicle' means an all-terrain vehicle or a motorized snow vehicle as defined in the Off-Road vehicle Act,
## General provisions:
2. No person may drive a off-road vehicles along the designated part of the streets and roads identify hereto if such designated part of street or road is not listed as a motorized snow vehicle managed trail or an all-terrain vehicle managed trail.
3. Off-road vehicles may be driven along a portion of Power Road\_as set out in the Annex 'A' at a speed not exceeding 20 km/h. This section will be effective as per September 1S, 2012.
4. Off-road vehicles may be driven along a portion of De la Rivière Street and Iroquois Road, as set out in the Annex 'B' at a speed not exceeding 20 km/h.

7. Les Annexes jointes 'A', 'B', 'C' et 'D' font parties intégrantes du présent arrêté.
## Infraction :
8. Quiconque contrevient au présent arrêté commet une infraction punissable et est passible d'une amende de 100 $.
5. Off-road vehicles may be driven along a portion of the Mont Farlagne road as set out in the Annex 'C' at a speed not exceeding 20 km/h.
6. Off-road vehicles may be driven along a portion of the Trout River road as set out in the Annex 'D' at a speed not exceeding 20 km/h.
7. Annex 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' form an integral part of this by-law.
## Offence:
8. Anyone who violates this by-law commits a punishable offence and is liable of a fine of 100 $.
