En vertu des pouvoirs que lui confère la £oz.
sc¢r /cz go!Ævew!¢J`!ce /oc¢/e, L.RN.-B. 2017, c.18 et ses
modifications, le conseil municipàl d'Edmundston
dument réuni adopte ce qui suit :
Dispositions générales
1. Les articles 130 à 143(6) de la £oz. s«r /¢
go#vema#ce /oc¢/e, y compris leurs
modifications, s'appliquent à l'ensemble du
territoire situé à l'intérieur des limites de la
municipalité d' Edmundston.
2. Les agentes et agents de mise en application des
arrêtés evou les inspectrices et inspecteurs des
constructions sont les fonctionnaires nommés et
désignés pour la mise en application du présent
anêté.
Entrée en vigueur
3. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur lejour de son
adoption.
Abrogation
4. Les arrêtés municipaux suivants sont par la
présente abrogés :
a. 9R2010, intitulé: «Lieux dangereux ou
inesthétiques», adopté par le conseil
municipal d'Edmundston le 23 février
2020;
b. 9, intitulé: «Village de Rivière-Verte
C.
unsightly premises by-1aw », adopté par le
conseil municipal de Rivière-Verte le 28
septembre 1975 ;
11R2017, intitulé « lieux dangereux ou
inesthétiques», adopté par le conseil
municipal de Bjvière-Verte le 10 octobre
2017.
MUNICIPAL BY-LAW NO. 9R2023
DANGEROUS AND UNSIGHTLY PREMSES
Pursuant to tiie autiiority vested in it by üe
£oc¢/ Govem¢Jcce 4cf, RS.N.B. 2017, c.18 and its
amendments, the municipal council of Edmundston
duly assembled enacts as follows:
General provisions
1. Sections 130 to 143(6) of the £oc¢/
Govem¢7®ce 4cf, and its amendments, apply
to the whole area within the limits of the
municipality of Edmundston.
2. By-law enforcement officers and/or
construction inspectors are those officials
appointed and designated for tie enforcement
of this by-law.
Effective date
3. This by-1aw shall come into effect on the day
of its adoption.
Repeal
4. The following municipal by-laws are, hereby,
repealed:
a. 9R2010, entitled: "Dangerous and
unsightly premises", adopted by the
Edmundston municipal council on
February 23 , 2010;
b. 9, entitled: ``Village de Rivière-Verte
C.
unsightly premises by-1aw", adopted by
the Rivière-Verte municipal council on
September 28, 1975;
11R2017, entitled: ``lieux damgereux et
inesthétiques », adopted by the Rjvière-
Verte municipal council on October 10,
2017.
