## VILLAGE OF FREDERICTON JUNCTION BY-LAW 2019-02 ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE BY-LAW
A BY-LAW DESIGNATING ROADS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF FREDERICTON JUNCTION ACCESSIBLE TO ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction pursuant to the authority granted under the Off-Road Vehicle Act, S.N.B. 1985, c.-0-1.5 and its amendments.
Definitions:
1. "ATV" means all vehicles included in the definition of "all-terrain vehicle" as defined in the Off-Road Vehicle Act.
## General Provisions:
1. ATVs may operate on the following Municipal streets and roads: Diamond Square Road, Gore Road, Neary Hill, Horseman Road, Maynard Road, Mersereau Street, Currie Lane and Prides Landing Road.
2. , ATVs shall operate in the same direction as traffic and travel in a single file to the extreme right of the road.
3. The driver or any occupant of the Off-Road Vehicle must be properly wearing a helmet that complies with the standards prescribed by Regulations under the Motor Vehicle Act
4. The Off-Road Vehicle must be outfitted with the necessary equipment as described in Section 22 and Section 23 of the Off-Road Vehicle Act
5. Off-Road Vehicles must operate in the same direction as traffic and travel in a single file to the extreme right of the street
6. Off-Road Vehicles shall give the appropriate signals as required under the Motor Vehicle Act and obey all traffic control devices
7. Any other vehicle utilizing the street shall have the right of way
This is to certify that By-Law 2019-02, "All-Terrain Vehicle By-Law" has been enacted by the Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction and that the said by-law was:
