## A BY-LAW TO REPEAL BY-LAW NO. 21 A BY-LAW RESPECTING THE DISTURBANCE BY NOISE
1. By-law No. 41 A By-law Respecting Disturbance by Noise, passed March 13,1984, enacted by the Council of the Village of Fredericton Junction, and amendments thereto, is hereby repealed.
2. The repeal of the said by-law shall not affect any penalty, forfeiture or liability, incurred before such repeal or any proceeding for enforcing the same completed or pending at the time of repeal; nor shall it repeal, defeat or disturb, invalidate or prejudicially affect any matter or thing whatsoever completed, existing or pending at the time of repeal.
