BY-LAW C-3-2026
BEING THE UNIVERSAL FEES BY-LAW FOR THE RURAL
COMMUNITY OF FUNDY SHORES
The Council of the Rural Community of Fundy Shores, under the authority
vested in it by the Community Planning Act, R.S.N.B. (2017), and
amendments thereto, hereby makes the following by-law:
Citation

This By-law may be cited as the "Fees By-law."
Purpose

The purpose of this By-law is
(a) to prescribe fees for the following community planning and
development services provided by the Rural Community of Fundy
Shores as authorized by Section 127 of the Community Planning Act
and as set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto:
1. Providing a zoning confirmation letter;
2. Providing a letter confirming that a use of land, a building, or a
structure is in compliance with the Zoning By-law;
3. Processing and considering applications for terms and
conditions when required by the Zoning By-law;
4. Processing and considering requests for variances from the
Zoning By- law; and
5. Approval or exemption of documents under paragraph
77(1)(1) of the Community Planning Act.

Read the second time this 14th day of January 2026.
Read the third time this 4th day of February 2026.
