will be insƟtuted in the courts of the Province of New Brunswick and/or the Federal Court of Canada,
and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdicƟon of such courts in any such acƟon or
proceeding. You waive any and all objecƟons to the exercise of jurisdicƟon over you by such courts and
to the venue of such courts.
WAIVER
No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power, or privilege arising from these
Terms and CondiƟons operates, or may be construed, as a waiver thereof; and no single or parƟal
exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege hereunder precludes any other or further exercise
thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege.
SEVERABILITY
If any term or provision of these Terms and CondiƟons is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any
jurisdicƟon, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of
these Terms and CondiƟons or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other
jurisdicƟon.
