ARRÊTÉ DU GOUVERNEMENT LOCAL DE
GRAND-BOUCTOUCHE RELATIF AUX LIEUX
DANGEREUX OU INESTHÉTIQUES
Conformément à l'autorité qui lui est conférée par
la Loi sur la gouvernance locale, L.N.-B. 2017,
chapitre18, le Conseil du gouvernement local de
Grand-Bouctouche, dûment réuni, adopte ce qui
suit:
1.
Les articles 130 à 143 de la Loi sur la
gouvernance locale, L.N.-B. 2017, chapitre18,
y compris les modifications qui y sont
apportées, s'appliquent à tous les terrains,
bien-fonds et propriétés situées dans les
limites du gouvernement local de Grand-
Bouctouche.
Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de son
adoption finale.

A BY-LAW OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
OF GRAND-BOUCTOUCHE RELATING TO
DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES
Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Local
Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, Chapter 18, the
Council of the Local Government of Grand-
Bouctouche, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
1.
Sections 130 to 143 of the Local Governance
Act, S.N.B. 2017, Chapter 18, including any
amendments thereto, apply to all lands,
premises, and properties within the boundaries
of the Local Government of Grand-Bouctouche.
This by-law comes into full force on the date of final
passing thereof.
