l. OBJECTIF
Définir le règlement pour procéder à
l'implantation de mesures incitatives visant à
octroyer gratuitement le raccordement au
système d'eau et d'égout, pour encourager la
construction d'une propriété commerciale,
industrielle ou d'une habitation
multifamiliale ou condominium locatif dans
la Municipalité régionale de Grand-Sault.
2. APPLICATION
Cette politique s'applique à toutes les
propriétés à l'intérieur de la Municipalité
régionale de Grand-Sault, sauf les
exclusions.
3. DÉFINITION
Nouvelle construction commerciale et/ou
industrielle : La construction d'un nouveau
bâtiment dans les limites de la M'unicipalité
régionale de Grand-Sault.
Nouvelle construction locative :
La construction d'une nouvelle habitation
multifamiliale (minimum quatre (4) unités)
ou condominium dans les limites de la
Municipalité régionale de Grand-Sault.
l. GOAL
To define the régulations for the
implementation of an incentive program to
provide free connection to the water and
sewer system to encourage the construction
of a commercial, industrial, or multifamily
housing or condominium rental in the Grand
Falls Régional Municipality.
2. APPLICATION
This policy applies to any property within
the Grand Falls Régional Municipality,
excluding exemptions.
3. DEFINITION
New commercial and/or industrial
construction: The construction of a new
building within the boundaries of the Grand
Falls Régional Municipality.
New rental housing construction:
The construction of a new multifamily
housing (minimum four (4) units) or
condominium within the boundaries of the
Grand Falls Régional Municipality.

Le Conseil Municipal de Grand-Sault se
réserve le droit d'abolir ce programme
sans préavis.
L'application au programme ne peut être
combinée à aucune autre mesure
incitative établie par le Conseil
Municipal de Grand-Sault.
Cette mesure incitative n'est valide que
pour une construction principale par
propriété exclusivement.
La propriété doit être située dans un
secteur desservi par le système d'eau et
d'égout municipal.
Le projet de construction doit être
soumis dans son ensemble et ne peut être
divisé en plusieurs phases.
Le projet dans son ensemble devra
obtenir tous les permis nécessaires avant
le début des travaux.
- The Grand Falls municipal council
réserves the right to abolish this program
without further notice.
- Applications for this incentive may not
be combined with any other incentive
measure established by council.
- This incentive may be applied to one
main construction per property
exclusively.
- The property must be in an area served
by the municipal water and sewer
System.
- The construction project must be
submitted in its entirety and cannot be
divided in multiple phases.
- AU necessaiy permits must be obtained
for the entire project before work begins.

système d'eau et d'égouts de ladite
construction, afin de couvrir les frais de
branchement.
An incentive (the amount will be determined
according to the municipal water and sewer
by-law in force in the construction district)
will be granted for each new entrance to the
water and sewer system ofsaid construction,
to cover the cost ofconnection.
l Si les frais de branchement dépassent 25 000$, la décision concernant le montant total de l'incitatif reviendra au
conseil. Ifthe connection fee exceeds $25,000, the décision on the total amount ofthe incentive will be made by
council.

4. ABROGATION
L'adoption de la présente politique abroge la
politique suivante :
La politique pour des incitatifs pour le
développement économique de la
communauté rurale de Saint-André et ses
modifications;
5. ENTRÉE EN VIGUEUR
Cette politique entre en vigueur le
15 mai 2024 et soit rétroactif au
1er janvier 2024.
Le Conseil Mlunicipal de Grand-Sault se
réserve le droit de modifier la présente
politique en tout temps,

4.REPEAL
