l. OBJECTIF
Définir le règlement pour procéder à
l'implantation de mesures incitatives, afin
d'encourager de nouvelles unités de
logement dans la Municipalité régionale de
Grand-Sault.
l. GOAL
To define the régulations for the
implementation for an incentive program to
encourage new housing units in the Grand
Falls Régional Municipality.
2. APPLICATION
Cette politique s'applique à toutes les
propriétés à l'intérieur de la Municipalité
régionale de Grand-Sault, sauf les
exclusions.

the Grand Falls Régional Mnnicipality,
excluding exemptions.

Le Conseil Municipal de Grand-Sault se
réserve le droit d'abolir ce programme
sans préavis.
L'application au programme ne peut être
combinée à aucune autre mesure
incitative établie par le conseil.
Cette mesure incitative n'est valide que
pour une construction principale par
propriété exclusivement.
Le projet de construction doit être
soumis dans son ensemble et ne peut être
divisé en plusieurs phases.
- The Grand Falls Municipal Council
réserves the right to abolish this program
without further notice.
- Applications for this incentive may not
be combined with any other incentive
measure established by council.
- This incentive may be applied to one
main construction per property
exclusively.
- The construction project must be
submitted in its entirety and cannot be
divided in multiple phases.

- Le projet dans son ensemble devra
obtenir tous les permis nécessaires avant
le début des travaux.
- Si les travaux d'aménagement/
construction sont débutes avant
l'obtention du ou des permis,
l'appliquant ne sera pas éligible à ce
programme.
- Les travaux doivent être terminés à la
date prévue sur le permis de construction
pour être éligibles.
- Les travaux doivent rencontrer toutes les
normes fixées par le ou les permis.
- Le postulant doit avoir obtenu le rapport
d'inspection final de l'inspecteur des
constructions municipal.
- Le postulant aura une période d'un
maximum de 365 jours après la première
évaluation foncière complète pour faire
application à cette mesure incitative.
- La contribution annuelle sera basée sur
la variation de l'évaluation foncière
complète après que la construction sera
complétée. Ces évaluations doivent
provenir du département de l'évaluation
foncière du Service Nouveau-
Brunswick.
AU necessary permits must be obtained
for the entire project before work begins.
If any work is begun before permits are
obtained, the applicant will not be
eligible for this program.
Work must be finished by the date on the
building permit to be eligible.
- Wbrk must meet all norms fixed by the
permit or permits.
- The applicant must have obtained the
final inspection report from the
municipal building inspectai'.
- The applicant may apply for this
incentive for a period of 365 days
maximum following the receipt of the
first complète property tax assessment.
- Annual contribution will be based on the
complète property fax assessment
increase after the construction is
finished. Thèse évaluations must be as
determined by the Service NB Tax
Evaluation Department.

Le montant total devra être réclamé au
plus tard trois (3) ans après la date
d'éligibilité, faute de quoi, tout montant
non réclamé sera annulé.

granted over a period offive (5) years.
The total amount must be claimed at the
latest thi'ee (3) years after the eligibility
date, otherwise, any unclaimed amount
will be forfeit.

Exemple :
Scénario : Un terrain vacant possède une
évaluation foncière de 50 000 $. Une fois
la construction terminée et que celle-ci
rencontre toutes les exigences, la nouvelle
évaluation foncière est augmentée à
550 000$, alors le montant éligible au
programme est de 500 000$.
Montant octroyé : l 000$ par an pour une
période de cinq (5) ans.
Example :
Scénario: A vacant lot is assessed at
$50,000. Once the construction is
finished and all the requu'ements
have been met, the new assessment is
increased to $550,000. The eligible
amount is $500,000.
Grant: $1,000 per year for five (5)
years.

4. ABROGATION
