<!-- image --> ## Hartland ## By-Law B-59 ## A BY-LAW RESPECTING DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES <!-- image --> The Council of the town of Hartland, under the authority vested in it by the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, c. 17, hereby enacts as follows: 1. Sections 128 to 143 of part 13 (Dangerous or Unsightly Premises) of the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, с. 18. 2. Sections 144 to 160 of part 14 (Enforcement) of the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, c. 18. 3. By-Law B-49 of the town of Hartland is hereby repealed. 4. The repeal of By-Law B-49 of the town of Hartland shall not affect any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, incurred before such repeal or any proceeding for enforcing the same completed or pending at the time of repeal; nor shall it repeal, defeat, disturb, invalidate, or prejudicially affect any matter or thing whatsoever completed, existing, or pending at the time of appeal. ## 5.
