The Council of the Town of Dalhousie, under

1. A Municipal Plan for
the physical
development and improvement of the
municipalityis hereby adopted.
The attached document entitled "The
Municipal
Plan
of
the
Town
of
Dalhousie",
dated
February
2008,
constitutes
the
Municipal
Plan
mentioned in section 1.
. By-Law no. 47, Municipal Plan By-
Law, registered under #132 on March
26, 1985, and amending By--Lawsno.
47-A, 47-B, 47-C, 47-D, 47-E, 47-F
and 47-G, are repealed.
By-Law no. 805-05, Municipal Plan
By-Law, and amending By-Laws no.
805-07, 805-O7-A, 805-07-B and 805-
07-C, are repealed.

Third Reading: January 13,2009
