The attached By-Law #10 **A BY-LAW RELATING TO THE CONTROL AND LICENSING OF DOGS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAKELAND RIDGES** was read a first and second time, by title only, during the March 9th regular meeting of council. The third and final reading will be done during the April 13th regular meeting of council.
