## DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES
A BY-LAW OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF MAPLE HILLS RELATING TO DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES
The Council of Maple Hills, under the authority vested n it through the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, ( 8, the Council of the Local Government of Maple Hills hereby makes and enacts this by-law as follows:
## 1. TITLE
This by-law may be cited as the "Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-law" of Maple Hills Rural Community.
## 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Sections 130 to 143 of the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, Chapter 18, including any amendments thereto, apply to all lands, premises, and properties within the boundaries of the Local Government of Maple Hills.
## 3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This by-law comes into force on the date of final passing thereof.
## 4. RELATED TOOLS AND DOCUMENTS
This by-law must be read and enforced in conjunction with, but not limited to, the following documents:
- a. Local Governance Act, its amendments

## ARRÊTÉ DU GOUVERNEMENT LOCAL DE MAPLE HILLS RELATIF AUX LIEUX DANGEREUX OU INESTHÉTIQUES
Le Conseil de Maple Hills, en vertu des pouvoirs qui lui sont conférés par la Loi sur la governance locale et ses modifications, adopte et édicte le présent arrêté comme suit :
## 1. TITRE
Le présent arrêté peut être cité sous le titre « Arrêté Dangereux ou Inesthétiques » de la Communauté rurale de Maple Hills.
## 2. DISPOSITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Les articles 130 à 143 de le Loi sur la gouvernance locale, L.N.-B. 2017, chapitre 18, y compris leurs modifications qui y sont apportées, s'appliquent à tous les terrains, bienfonds et propriétés situées dans les limites du gouvernement local de Maple Hills.
## 3. ENTREÉ EN VIGUEUR
Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de son adoption finale.
