A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 128,
A BY.LAW DESIGNATING STREETS
ACCESSIBLE TO ALL-TERRAIN
VEHICLES
DISPOSMONS GENERALES :
Le paragraphe 3.9) est supprimd.
Section 6.(2) is hereby deleted and replaced
wlth the following:
6.(2) The maximum fine for an offence
committed under this by-law shall not exceed
$12s.
INFRACTION
La section 6, paragraphe 2, est supprimde et
remplacde par le texte suivant :
6. 2) L'amende maximale pour une infraction
commise en vertu du pr6sent rdglement ne
doit pas d6passer 125 g.
OFFENCE
Section 6.(3) is hereby deleted.
INFRACTION
La section 6, paragraphe 3, est supprimde.
ENACTMENT
This By-Law shall be enacted upon approval
by the Province of New Brunswick.
