A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 68,
A BY-LAW OF THE CITY OF MIRAMICHI
RESPECTING LOITERING AND PUBLIC
NUISANCE
ARRÊTÉ NO 68-1
UN ARRÊTÉ PORTANT MODIFICATION
À L'ARRÊTÉ NO 68, UN ARRÊTÉ DE LA
VILLE DE MIRAMICHI RESPECTANT LA
FLÂNERIE ET LA NUISANCE PUBLIQUE
The Council of the City of Miramichi, duly
assembled, under the authority vested in it by
the Local Governance Act, ENACTS as follows:
Le Conseil de la Ville de Miramichi, dûment
réuni, en vertu de l'autorité que lui confère
la Loi sur la gouvernance locale, ÉDICTE
comme suit :
Section 11 (b) is deleted and replaced with the
following:
L'article 11 (b) est modifié en ajoutant ce
qui suit :
11.
(b) No person shall leave any motor
vehicle or vessel parked or tied
up,
whether
attended
or
unattended, on or about any park
land within the boundaries of the
City of Miramichi for more than
two (2) hours.
11.
(b) Il est interdit de laisser un
bateau amarré ou un véhicule
stationné,
avec
ou
sans
surveillance, dans un parc dans
les limites de la municipalité ou
à proximité de celui-ci pendant
plus de deux heures.
Section 20 is amended by adding the following:
L'article 20 est modifié en ajoutant ce qui
suit :

(c)
A person who commits any
breach of the provisions of
Section 11 (a) or (b) of this By-
Law is guilty of an offence and is
liable on summary conviction to a
fine of up to $1,000.00.

arrêté
est
coupable
d'une
infraction et est passible d'une
amende pouvant aller jusqu' à
1 000 $.
This By-Law shall come into effect on the date
of the final reading by title and enacting thereof.
Cet arrêté entrera en vigueur à la date de
la dernière lecture nominale et d'édiction
correspondante.
