## ARRÊTÉ NUMÉRO 2025-01 ## BY-LAW NUMBER 2025-01 ## UN ARRÊTÉ DU GOUVERNEMENT A BY-LAW OF THE LOCAL LOCAL DE NOUVELLE-ARCADIE GOVERNMENT OF RELATIF AUX LIEUX DANGEREUX OU NOUVELLE-ARCADIE RELATING TO INESTHÉTIQUES DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, c 18, the Council of the Local government of NouvelleArcadie duly assembled, enacts as follows: Conformément à l'autorité qui lui est conférée par la loi sur la gouvernance locale, S.N.B. 2017, chapitre 18, le Conseil du gouvernement local de Nouvelle-Arcadie, dûment réuni, adopte ce qui suit : 1. Les articles 130 à 143 de la loi sur la gouvernance locale, SNB 2017, c 18, y compris les modifications qui y sont apportées, s'appliquent à tous les terrains, bien-fonds et propriétés situées dans les limites du gouvernement local de Nouvelle-Arcadie. Cet arrêté entre en vigueur en date de son adoption finale.     1. Sections 130 to 143 of the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, c 18, including any amendments thereto, apply to all lands, premises, and properties within the boundaries of the Local government of Nouvelle-Arcadie. This by-law comes into full force on the date of the final passing thereof.
