# Bylaws Rules and regulations for you and your home. Bylaws are a necessary component of maintaining quality of life in Quispamsis. Unofficial electronic versions of our bylaws are provided here for your perusal. The Town has made all attempts to maintain current and accurate information within these documents. It assumes no liability for inaccuracies. Bylaws Search Bylaws List The Town of Quispamsis seeks to work collaboratively with members of the community and Town staff to resolve bylaw violations when they are noted. Bylaws are enforced using a complaint-based system. We do not employ full-time bylaw enforcement officers. Land use bylaws are enforced by Town of Quispamsis staff. You can report a problem through our Q-1-1 Reporter System. Complaints surrounding, traffic, parking, noise and outdoor fires can be directed to the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force and, potentially, the Kennebecasis Valley Fire Department. Animal Control is managed by the New Brunswick SPCA. If you believe someone is in contravention of a bylaw and are unsure whom to contact, please refer to the bylaw in question.
