# By-Law Number M-16 A Law to Amend a By-Law respecting Water and Sewerage
Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider giving third reading to the bylaw entitled, "By-Law Number M-16 A Law to Amend a By-Law respecting Water and Sewerage" at its meeting of December 11, 2023.
A By-Law of The City of Saint John entitled "A By-Law respecting Water and Sewerage" will be amended by repealing Schedule "E" Raw Industrial Water Customers and Rates and substituting the 2024 Schedule "E".
In accordance with the Local Governance Act, the bylaw will be read in summary only, if no member of Council objects.
