## BY-LAW NO. 20 ## A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PERTH-ANDOVER ## TO REGULATE PARKING AND TO ## ASSIST IN SNOW REMOVAL The Council of the Municipality of Perth-Andover duly assembled hereby enacts as follows: The definitions in section 1 of the Motor Vehicle Act apply to this by-law. (The provisions of this section are enacted for the purpose of snow-removal.) A peace officer may remove and impound any vehicle which is found illegally parked or causing obstruction to tradines remed and mered until ta possin charges for removal, care and storage of such vehicle have been paid. A person who violates any provision of this by-law is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than $125.00 for each offence, and in default of payment thereof to imprisonment for not more than thirty days. 5.
