## BY-LAW S-1 VILLAGE OF PERTH-ANDOVER
## DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES
Be it enacted by the Council of the village of Perth-Andover under the authority invested in it by the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, Chapter M-22 and Amendments thereto as follows:
1. Section 190.001 to 190.07 of the Municipalities Act shall apply to all areas located within the municipal; boundary of the Village of Perth-Andover.
2. The Appeals Committee shall be the Council of the Village of Perth-Andover.
3. A Notice of Appeal Form attached and forming part of the By-Law is to be enclosed with the Notice to Comply.
4. Upon receiving a notice of appeal the Clerk shall notify in writing the owner or occupier of the Date, Time, and Place of the Hearing.
5. The Date of the Hearing shall be within 30 days of the date the clerk receives the Notice of Appeal.
6. Minutes of the Hearing shall be recorded and to include all written information brought before the Committee.
7. The Appeals Committee shall make a decision within seven(7) days of the Hearing Date and the Clerk shall convey this decision th the owner or Occupier.
8. By-Law # 65 A By-Law of the Municipality of Perth-Andover Respecting Dangerous or Unsightly Premises enacted on June 12h, 1995 is hereby repealed.
9. The Repeal of By-Law # 65 A By-Law of the Municipality of Perth-Andover Respecting Dangerous or Unsightly Premises shall not affect any penalty forfeiture or liability incurred before such repeal or any proceeding for enforcing the same completed or pending at the time of repeal; nor shall it repeal, defeat, disturb, invalidate or prejudicially affect any matter or thing Whatsoever completed, existing or pending at the time of repeal.
