## By-Law 2024-06 - BY LAW RESPECTING DANGEROUS OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES
The Council of the Municipality of the District of Tobique Valley under authority vested in it by Section 10(1)(d) of the Local Governance Act, 2017 c. 18 and amendments thereto enacts as follows:
## SHORT TITLE
1. This By-law may be cited as the Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-Law.
## APPLICATION TO THE DISTRICT OF TOBIQUE VALLEY
2. Sections 130 to 143 of the Local Governance Act, 2017, c. 18 and amendments thereto apply to the entire area within the municipal limits of the District of Tobique Valley.
## Repeal
3. By-law 41, being Village of Plaster Rock By-Law Respecting Unsightly Premises and Dangerous Buildings and Structures, enacted on the 15th day of June 2020, is hereby repealed.
