A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE VILLAGE OF PLASTER ROCK
RURAL PLAN BY-LAW # 20A
Pursuant to Section 117 of the Community Planning Act, the Council of the District of
Tobique Valley enacts the following amendments to Rural Plan By-law # 20A:
1. Adding the following section:
SECTION 25.0.0 - RESIDENTIAL 4 (R4 ZONE)
25.1.0
Permitted Uses
25.1.1
In a R4 zone, any lot, building or structure may be used for the
purposes of, and for no other purpose,
(a)
the following main use:
(i) a single-detached dwelling, excluding a mini-home,
(b)
the following secondary uses:
(i) a home occupation, in accordance with section 14.9.
(c)
any accessory building, structure, or use incidental to the
main use of the land, building or structure.
25.2.0
Lot and Building Standards
25.2.1
The provision of sections 15.2.0, 15.3.0, 15.4.0, 15.5.0, 15.6.0,
15.7.0, 15.8.0, and 15.9.0 herein apply.
2. Schedule B of the Village of Plaster Rock Rural Plan By-law #20A is hereby
amended by rezoning lands having Property Identifier's 65195414, 65195406,
65195398, 65195448, and 65195455 from Mixed Development Zone (MD Zone)
to Residential 4 (R4 Zone) as per the map attached herewith (Schedule A).
