En vertu des pouvoirs que lui confère la Loi sur la gouvernance locale, L.R.N.-B. 2017, c. modifications, le conseil municipal de Vallée-des-Rivières.
## Dispositions générales
- Les articles 130 à 143(6) de la Loi sur la gouvernance locale, y compris leurs modifications, s'appliquent à l'ensemble du territoire situé à l'intérieur des limites de la municipalité de Valléedes-Rivières.

## MUNICIPAL BY-LAW # 06-2024-VDR
## DANGEROUS AND UNSIGHTLY PREMISES
Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Local Governance Act, R.S.N.B. 2017, c. 18 and its amendments, the municipal council of Vallée-desRivières duly assembled enacts as follows:
## General provisions
1. Sections 130 to 143(6) of the Local Governance Act, and its amendments, apply to the whole area within the limits of the municipality of Vallée-des-Rivières.
## Effective date
2. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de son 2. This by-law shall come into effect on the day adoption. of its adoption.

## Repeal
- Les arrêtés municipaux suivants sont par la présente 3. The following municipal by-laws are, hereby, abrogés : repealed:
- a. Arrêté no 80, intitulé : « Lieux dangereux ou inesthétiques », municipal St-Léonard le 12 décembre 2012;
- Arrêté no 36, intitulé : « Lieux dangereux ou inesthétiques dans la municipalité de SainteAnne-de-Madawaska », adopté par le conseil municipal de Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska le 10 décembre 2012.
