## Resident Info
Valley Waters provides its residents with a great place to live, work and relax. We are a community with spectacular natural beauty, friendly neighbours and easy highway access major city centres. It's the best of rural living with the advantages of anything you need close by - healthcare, schools, shopping, recreation and more!
Regular Valley Waters Council meetings take place at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month at the Municipal Building, 10 Municipal St., Norton. All members of the public are welcome to attend the regular meetings. However, only those who have arranged a presentation to Council are invited to speak. To arrange a presentation, please contact the Clerk at [email protected] at least 5 days in advance of the meeting.
The Kings Regional Service Commission (Kings RSC) provides land planning and development, and building permits and inspections on our behalf. They can be contacted at 506-432-7530.
