## VALLEY WATERS BY-LAW #2023-08-01 DANGEROUS AND UNSIGHTLY PREMISES Be it enacted by the Council of Valley Waters, under the authority vested in it by the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, c. 18 as follows: 1. Section 13 of the Local Governance Act applies within the boundaries of Valley Waters. For clarification, Article 131 (1a) does not include ashes which are neatly stored for farming purposes; and Article 131 (1b) does not include wood shavings or sawdust which are residue from neatly stored domestic firewood. 2.
