FIRE REGULATIONS
REG-07
Pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 189 of The Municipalities Act and all other powers
it enables, the Bonavista Town Council hereby makes the following Fire Regulations.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Town of Bonavista Fire Regulations, 1983.
2. The following code is adopted:
a. National Fire Code of Canada, 1980.
3. These Regulations come into effect on the 1st day of January 1984.
4. All previous Fire Regulations of the Town of Bonavista are hereby repealed.
Made and adopted by the Council of the Town of Bonavista on the 19th day of December 1983.
