## Title This document will be known as the By-law to Address Unregulated water Sources within the Town of Centreville-Wareham-Trinity. ## Purpose This bylaw is enacted in accordance with Section 7 (1) (B) of the Towns and Local Service District Act, which grants the town council the authority to prohibit and control the use of sources of water that are considered dangerous to public health. ## Article 1: Declaration 1. Non-Condolence and Non-Support: The Town of CentrevilleWareham-Trinity council hereby declares that it does not condone the use, does not provide clear access, and does not maintain or test any unregulated water sources within the town limits. 2. Use at Own Risk: Residents and visitors who choose to use any unregulated water sources within the town limits do so at their own risk. The town disclaims any responsibility for any health issues that may arise from the use of any unregulated water sources within the town limits. ## Article 2: Acknowledgements 1. Local Spring near Wareham Beach: The council acknowledges the existence of a local spring located near Wareham Beach. Observance of By-Law: All residents and visitors are required to comply with the terms of this by-law. ## Article 5: Effective Date 1. Implementation: This bylaw shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Centreville-Wareham-Trinity Town Council.
