No snowmobile or motor vehicle shall be operated in the community unless its lights are on and working properly. on its engine that operates properly. 3. These regulations were adopted and passed by Council by resolution # 11-154 on the 5" day of October, 2011, and replaces all pervious "Town Council of Hopedale Recreational Vehicle (Snowmobile and Motor Vehicle) regulations." 11. These regulations may be cited as the "Hopedale Inuit Community Government Recreational Vehicle (Snowmobile and Motor Vehicle) Regulations 2011" and shall become effective on the 5 day of October, 2011. <!-- image -->
