## Town Council of Hopedale Curfew Regulations
Pursuant to the powers conferred by section 414 (2)(uu) of the Municipalities Act 1999, the Town
- These Regulations may be cited as the Town of Hopedale Curfew Regulations, 2005.
In these Regulations
"Child" means a person actually or apparently under the age of 16 years.

- "Town" means the area continued or incorporated under the Municipalities Act;
1999, as the Town of Hopedale and includes all docks, quays, wharves and structures touching the boundaries of the Town and all ships attached either permanently or temporarily to such docks, quays, wharves, ships, or structures.

permitted on a public. road or in a park or place of entertainment within the Town after 9:00 p.m · Sunday to Thursday in the Winter and Spring seasons and after 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

These regulations were adopted and passed by Council by resolution # 05-395 on the 2 8th day of October, 2025, and replaces all previous "Town Council of Hopedale
