COMING INTO EFFECT
These Regulations come into effect on the date that the notice is published in The
Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
13.
PUBLICATION
Notice of adoption of these Regulations was published in the Newfoundland and
Labrador Gazette on the 15th day of October, 2021.

COPY TO MINISTER
A copy of these Regulations were sent to the Minister of Environment, Climate Change
and Municipalities and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure on the 23rd day
of March, 2021.
15.
REPEAL OF PREVIOUS REGULATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
All previous Town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove Snow Clearing Regulations and
Amendments are repealed.
