Pursuant to the powers vested in it under Section 7(1)b of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, the Town Council of Long Harbour-Mount Arlington Heights passes and enacts the following by-law relating to prohibiting and controlling the use of a source of water:
The Town of Long Harbour-Mount Arlington Heights prohibits and controls the use of a source of water that the town council considers to be dangerous to public health.
