## PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT BY-LAW
## Purpose:
By-Law of the Town of Salmon Cove for direction of senior staff and council regarding all property development.
## Authority:
As per motion on the 4th day of February, in the year 2025.
## Motion 025-043
Motion to accept the By-Law for Property Development.
## By-Law:
As per normal practices of the Town of Salmon Cove, no resident/property owner in the Town of Salmon Cove shall receive a permit for current years development until taxes from all prior year(s) is current.
This By-Law shall come into effect on the 4* of February 2025.
