## TOWN OF STEPHENVILLE CROSSING URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING ACT, 2000 REGISTRATION OF MUNICIPAL PLAN 2021 ## AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2021 TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Stephenville Crossing Municipal Plan 2021 and Development Regulations 2021, adopted on the 8th day of July, 2021 and approved on the 31 day of August, 2021, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs and notice thereof has been posted in the 26 November 2021 issue of The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. The subject Municipal Plan 2021 and Development Regulations 2021 came into effect on the date that the notice appeared in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette, ie: 26 November, 2021. Anyone who wishes to inspect a copy of the said documents may do so at the Town of Stephenville Crossing Council Office at 73 West Street, Stephenville Crossing, Newfoundland and Labrador, during normal working hours.
