Subdivision a.nd Advertisement Regulations. The purpose oi the amendment is to allow the development of a new regional school on the east side of Highway 340 in the vicinity of the Jim Penney Ltd. car dealership. The Department of Works, Services and Transportation and Department of Mines and Energy have indicated they will consent to this amendment subject to measures aimed at minimizing traffic 11a.fety hazards and potential conflicts with nearby active pits and quarries.
