DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT NO. 2, 2004
Under the authority of section 16, section 17 and section 18 of the Urban and Rural
Planning Act 2000, the Town Council of West St. Moqeste

adopted the West St. Modeste Development Regulations Amendment No.
2, 2004 on the 30

gave notice of the adoption of the West St. Modeste Development
Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2004 by advertisement inserted on the 6th
day and the 13th day of September, 2004 in the Northern Pen newspaper.
set the 20th day of September at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, West St.
Modeste for the holding of a public hearing to consider objections and
submissions.
Now under the authority of Section 23 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act 2000,
the Town Council of West St. Modeste approves the West St. Modeste Development
Regulations Amendment No. 2, 2004.

This amendment complies with the concurrent Municipal Plan Amendment No. 7, 2004.
PUBLIC CO~SULTATION
The public consultation process was the same as that for Municipal Plan Amendment No.
7, 2004.
DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT NO. 2, 2004
The Development Regulations Zoning Plan Map No. 2 is amended as shown on the
attached plan.
