RECORDED RESOLVTION
AMHERST TOWN COUNCIL
UNSIGHTLY PREMISES COMMITTEE
Moved by Councillor Blanch, seconded by Councillor Maltby that Council adopt the following
recorded resolution:
THAT an Unsightly Premises Committee be established under Section 154A(2) of the Towns Act;
THAT the Committee be comprised of two councillors appointed by Council and two citizens
appointed by Council;
THAT the councillors be appointed according to the Proceedings of Council By-law, and that the
citizen members be appointed for two-year terms;
THAT Garnet Parker be appointed as Chairman of the Unsightly Premises Committee.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the foregoing
is a true copy of a Recorded Resolution
duly passed at a duly called meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Amherst held
on the 16" day of February AD., 1998.
