TOWN OF BERWICK BYLAW
JUNK YARD
No person in the Town of Berwick shall have or operate a junk yard unless he has first obtained a
license. Application for such license shall be made in writing to the Town Council, and if
granted, such license fee will be One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per year, payable upon the
granting of such license.
