Speakers will be limited to one presentation; however, Council may call upon a speaker for additional comments. C. Presentations limited to ten minutes each. D. Each speaker will state name and address. E. Questions from the floor will be directed to Council ( not to staff or other individuals). F. Presentation by Applicant limited to ten ( 10) minutes.
