Be it enacted by the Council of the Municipality of the County of Inverness, under the authority of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, as follows:
The Interest on Overpaid Taxes policy passed by the Council of the Municipality of the County of Inverness on July 10, 2006, is hereby repealed.
