Be it enacted by the Council of the Municipality of the County of Inverness, under the authority of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, as follows:
The Capital Grants to Fire Departments policy passed by the Council of the Municipality of the County of Inverness on May 5, 2008, is hereby repealed.
