Town of Mulgrave
Council Remuneration Policy
Title:
1. This Policy is entitled the "Council Remuneration Policy".
Interpretation
2. It shall be the policy of the Town of Mulgrave to compensate the Mayor and Councillors for the
exercise of their duties by payment of an annual honorarium set by Council by recorded
resolution.
3. The Mayor and Council will receive honorariums in monthly installments beginning in the
proceeding month after a General Municipal Election.
4. The amount of Council Honorariums shall be evaluated on a annual basis prior to the preparation
of the annual budget.
5. All former Council Remuneration policies of the Town are hereby repealed and this policy is
substituted therefore.

Date of notice to Council Members of Intent to Consider [7 Day minimum]: March 27, 2008
Date of Passage of Current Policy: April 7, 2008
