<!-- image --> ## Town of Mulgrave Bus Shelter Policy <!-- image --> ## Title: 1. This Policy is entitled the "Bus Shelter Policy". ## Interpretation 2. It shall be the policy of the Town of Mulgrave to provide bus shelters for school children at convenient locations throughout Town. 3. The bus shelters will be distributed in highly populated residential areas in the Town of Mulgrave as determined by the Superintendent of Public Works. 4. If a complaint is received regarding the status and/or location of a bus shelter, the Superintendent of Public Works shall investigate the complaint, take necessary action, and provide a written response to the person who filed the complaint, describing the action taken or provide a reason as to why no action was taken within five business days. - i. An annual amount will be budgeted to maintain and/or develop new bus shelters as needed. 6.
