<!-- image --> <!-- image --> ## Town of Mulgrave Crosswalk Policy ## Title: 1. This Policy is entitled the "Crosswalk Policy". ## Interpretation 2. It shall be the policy of the Town of Mulgrave to provide crosswalks for the general public at convenient locations throughout Town. 3. Crosswalks will be marked in the Town as determined by the Town's Traffic Authority with special consideration given to the proximity of schools, churches, and the population of residential areas. 4. If a complaint is received regarding the status and/or location of a crosswalk, the Town's Traffic Authority shall investigate the complaint, take necessary action, and provide a written response to the person who filed the complaint, describing the action taken or provide a reason as to why no action was taken within five business days. 5. An annual amount will be budgeted to maintain and/or develop new crosswalks as needed. 6.
