## BY-LAW # 19 TOWN OF MULGRAVE ANTI-LITTER BY-LAW
## BY-LAW # 19
RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Mulgrave that the following By-Law be and the same is hereby enacted and that the Clerk be and is hereby instructed to forward same to the Minister of Municipal Affairs with a request for his approval hereof.
## ANTI-LITTER BY-LAW
- No person shall throw any dirt, filth, or rubbish on any sidewalk, street, road, lane or highway in the Town.
- Any person violating the provisions of this By-Law shall be liable, on conviction, to a penalty not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.) and in default of payment of such penalty may be imprisoned for a term not exceeding Ninety (90) days.
- All By-Laws and all amendments heretofore passed by the Town Council pursuant to subsection (50) of Section 221 of the Town's Act are here repealed.
