## BY-LAW # 19 TOWN OF MULGRAVE ANTI-LITTER BY-LAW ## BY-LAW # 19 RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Mulgrave that the following By-Law be and the same is hereby enacted and that the Clerk be and is hereby instructed to forward same to the Minister of Municipal Affairs with a request for his approval hereof. ## ANTI-LITTER BY-LAW - No person shall throw any dirt, filth, or rubbish on any sidewalk, street, road, lane or highway in the Town. - Any person violating the provisions of this By-Law shall be liable, on conviction, to a penalty not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.) and in default of payment of such penalty may be imprisoned for a term not exceeding Ninety (90) days. - All By-Laws and all amendments heretofore passed by the Town Council pursuant to subsection (50) of Section 221 of the Town's Act are here repealed. 1, Harry MacFarlane, Clerk of the Town of Mulgrave, NS, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a By-Law duly passed by the Council of the Town of Mulgrave, NS at a meeting duly held and convened on the 6"h day of December, A.D., 1982 DATED at Mulgrave, in the County of Guysborough this 9'h day of December A.D., 1982.
