MUNICIPALITY OF THE COUNTY OF PICTOU
TERM OF OFFICE FOR DEPUTY WARDEN POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of Section 16(2) of the Municipal Government Act, being
Chapter 18 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998, the Municipal Council for the
Municipality of the County of Pictou hereby enacts the following policy with respect to the
term of office for the Deputy Warden:
1.
The term of office of the Deputy Warden expires when the term of office of the
Council expires.
