Municipality of the County of Pictou Sewer Back-Up By-Law 1. Section 154 of chapter 295 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Municipal Act applies to the Municipality of the County of Pictou and to its officers and employees. ADOPTED BY COUNCIL October 7, 1996
