## BI-LAW RESPECTING BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

It is hereby declared and provided that sub-sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Section 243(a), Paragraph 5, Chapter 52 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1957, do apply to all of the Town of Stellarton.
I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the By-Law as enacted by the Town Council of the said Town of Stellarton, on the 14th day of June 1965.
